The Intesil HS-6664RH is a adiation hadened 64K CMOS PROM, oganized in an 8K wod by 8-bit fomat. The chip is manufactued using a adiation hadened CMOS pocess, and utilizes synchonous cicuit design techniques to achieve high speed pefomance with vey low powe dissipation.On-chip addess latches ae povided, allowing easy intefacing with micopocessos that use a multiplexed addess/data bus stuctue. The output enable contol (G) simplifies system intefacing by allowing output data bus contol in addition to the chip enable contol (E). All bits ae manufactued stoing a logical "0" and can be selectively pogammed fo a logical "1" at any bit tion.Applications fo the HS-6664RH CMOS PROM include low powe micopocesso based instumentation and communications systems, emote data acquisition and pocessing systems, and pocesso contol stoage.Specifications fo Rad Had QML devices ae contolled by the Defense Supply Cente in Columbus (DSCC).
