1-脱氧野尻霉素（DNJ），是桑叶和根皮中的一种生物碱，也存在于其他的植物和微生物中。本品从桑树MousalbaL.的叶中提取。产品特性

研究表明：DNJ进入人体后，可抑制人体内蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶、α－葡萄糖苷糖酶、α－对淀粉、糖的分解，从而阻断人体对糖的吸收，抑制血糖上升，达到防治糖尿病的效果，用时不会引起饮食结构的改变。此外，DNJ能抑制HIV被膜上糖蛋白的葡萄糖修饰过程，同时，未成熟的糖蛋白的积累可能通过抑制细胞融合，病毒与寄主细胞受体结合，合胞体形成来抑制MoLV的复制，从而抑制病毒活性。
